Join us for a four course professionally guided coffee tasting experience in our Education Centre! You will be walked through an interactive manual brew, followed by a double shot of espresso, a milk drink featuring freeze distilled coconut milk infused with cinnamon, and a spooky signature beverage featuring blackberry and clove!

This tasting will emphasize hands on activities and coffee education as you experience coffee in a unique and memorable way. 

*The Education Centre at The Lab is, unfortunately, not wheelchair accessible.

WE AREN’T CLAIMING TO BE EXPERTS, YET.

We can’t sit here and preach that we’ve mastered the art of roasting, nor can we say that we know all there is to know about the coffee industry- the truth is, that type of knowledge is achieved over many years of hard work, dedication and constant love for coffee. We are however passionate, daring and eager to soak up every bit of coffee knowledge we can get our hands on, to produce a great, complex, memorable cup of coffee for YOU (and our team of course).

So we may not be experts yet, but the truth is- this journey wouldn’t be nearly as fun if already were anyway.
